This book is a comprehensive resource that should be on the book shelves of all child and play therapists. It includes the major play therapy models and playful ways of working with a variety of client populations.
This book is well-written and uses humor throughout, so it’s not as dry as most textbooks. The authors explain different play therapy techniques in understandable ways. I recommend this book for learning more about play therapy techniques as there are so many activities listed in this book that I cannot wait to try with my clients!
