The only minor gripe was how slow the narration of each animation was, but it’s workable with the speed adjusted to 2x or 1.5x. I have to dive deeper into each activity still, but the videos and the resource material are clear as day and very well put together. I can see this course helping majorly with my anxiety once I put it to more thorough testing and use.

Awesome course, i feel better equipped now to deal with anxious situations in my life. This has given me a greater understanding of the foundations of CBT.
