I have only read a few pages but I’m fascinated with the contents.
As a book it’s a bit awkwardly written but the content is top tier.
Changed my entire perspective on the human body, and honestly changed my life. I do these exercises everyday now and it feels like I’ve woken up from a life-long coma.
Also, the analogy of the Hydra is very fitting.
Love this book. Finding it so informative and easy to read and understand.
Fascinating information on the vagus nerve and the autonomic nervous system with very easy exercises and real(!!) results to achieve a social engagement state vs spinal or dorsal!
